Takeshi Hirobe Architects is a practice founded by and led by Takeshi Hirobe who was born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1968. In 1991, he graduated from the Department of Marine Architecture Engineering, Faculty of Science and Technology. The following year, he joined Ashihara Architectural Design Institute and worked there until 1998. In 1999, Takeshi Hirobe Architects was established.
From 2005 until 2017, Takeshi Hirobe worked as a part-time lecturer at the Department of Marine Architecture Engineering, Faculty of Science and Technology. Since 2006, he’s been working as a lecturer at, Faculty of Science and Technology, Meiji University and since 2019 as a part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Nihon University.
